The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful during my stay.
During my five-night stay, I was quite disturbed by the noise levels within the hotel. Guests could be heard clearly in the hallways, and slamming doors made sleep challenging. Additionally, despite good breakfast options, both my partner and I experienced mild stomach issues that seemed linked to the food, which left us disappointed.

Solo travelers looking for comfort
The rooms were all I needed. I had a comfortable bed and a nice closet to unpack my bag into. A great shower that felt like a blessing after long days. The staff were friendly and spoke English which helped a lot. I loved how everything was in walking distance.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for the comfort and location I got.

A charming hotel just a few blocks from the bus station and beach. The bike rental for exploring the area was a convenience that stood out, and the breakfast had a delightful variety of vegetables. However, the bathroom felt cramped, and maintenance issues like a door that wouldn't close were concerning. While helpful staff offered some assistance in English, the overall quality-to-price ratio left something to be desired.

The location was awesome for exploring, just a short walk to Gorlero street and nearby restaurants. We enjoyed days at the beach and even rented bikes for some fun rides. The staff was helpful and offered beach gear which was a nice touch.
One downside was that some areas of the hotel felt a bit run down, so some maintenance is definitely needed.

Great location and helpful staff!
I loved how close the hotel was to the beach and restaurants, making it super easy to explore Punta del Este. The staff were really accommodating when we needed to change rooms after check-in, showing us several options to find the right fit. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, noise from the hallway and outside renovations did disrupt our peace a bit, so that could use some improvement.
